Matthias Jakisic

For a live concert by experimental violinist Matthias Jakisic in Vienna, Johannes Menneweger created the visual accompaniment using a combined iPad and computer setup. Jakisic’s music combined classical elements with experimental soundscapes and live loops.

Johannes Menneweger used several iPad apps and controlled the visuals directly with his fingers. Together, they explored the interplay between live music and live-performed imagery.
