MODULUX managed the project and technical implementation of the immersive show ‘Light of Creation’ in Vienna’s Votivkirche.
Technical planning within the heritage-listed church was central to our work. To respect the historic fabric and integrate the projection technology into the architecture, we designed bespoke suspension systems tailored to the space.
Using 28 projectors and an experienced team of specialists, we delivered the technical implementation of the immersive show. Architectural mapping projections combine with music and light to create an audiovisual experience that reveals the dimensions of the Votivkirche in a new way.
The immersive installation opened on 29 November 2024 and remains in operation. It is planned to run for five years.
