WE CREATE SPACES.

Changing perspective, creating connections between space and subject matter, bending images around corners and conquering new worlds – this is what we have set out to do, because our aim is to redefine space.

WE WORK WITH LIGHT.

Johannes Menneweger and Christopher Noelle have been close friends for almost 20 years. Working together under the MODULUX label from Vienna and Linz, they create projects spanning mapping projections, audiovisual installations, facade projections, motion graphics and graphics, live visuals, and light-painting compositions.

When it comes to defining aesthetics and visual design, the two meet as equals. Their work focuses on suspending gravity and optical perception through visual metamorphosis and transformation. Their accomplished blend of artistic approach and conceptual method is based on a careful balance between technical possibilities and creative execution. In this way, they continually redefine their understanding of aesthetics.
